Whether it is us or you
When a lesson will not start, the first thing you need to know is whether the problem is at your end. This page answers that, and says what we do while we fix it.
Service components
Each area is monitored separately, because “Learniv is down” is rarely true of all of it at once.

Not wiredlearniv.in and the student dashboard

These tiles are placeholders. Connect them to your monitoring provider before this page goes live — a status page that always reads green is worse than none at all, because people stop believing it exactly when it matters.
How we handle an incident
We post before you ask
Anything affecting lessons in progress is posted within fifteen minutes of us detecting it — before we know the cause, and before we know the fix.
Updates every 30 minutes
While an incident is open you get an update on the half hour, even when the update is that we are still investigating.
Lessons lost to an outage are refunded
If a lesson could not run because of us, the credit is returned automatically. You do not have to open a ticket to claim it.
Post-incident notes are public
Anything that interrupted lessons for more than an hour gets a written follow-up: what broke, why, and what changed so it does not recur.
Before you report a problem
Two checks resolve most reports. Reload the page with a hard refresh, which clears a stale app version after a deploy. Then try the lesson on a different network — a phone hotspot is enough — because corporate and campus firewalls frequently block the ports live video needs.
If neither helps and this page shows everything healthy, the problem is probably specific to your account. Support can see your session log and will get further than a retry will.
Something broken right now?
Support can see your booking, your device session and the payment record together.
