Language study is usually the thing that gets cut when a student budget is tight. The student rate exists so it is not the first thing to go.
The detail
Who qualifies
Anyone enrolled in full-time secondary or higher education, at any institution, anywhere. Part-time students on a recognised programme qualify too.
What counts as proof
A student ID with a visible expiry, an enrolment letter, or an institutional email address that we can verify against the institution's domain.
How long it lasts
Twelve months from verification, then reverify. We do not silently roll the discount off — you get a reminder before it lapses.
What it applies to
Course purchases and lesson credits. It does not stack with a promotional code, and whichever discount is larger is the one applied.
The current student rate is shown at checkout once your account is verified, so it always reflects live pricing rather than a number on a page that has drifted out of date.

Sign up as normal. The discount is applied to an existing account rather than needing a separate one.

Submit proof
Upload a student ID or enrolment letter, or verify an institutional email address by one-time code.

Wait a working day
Verification is checked by a person. You are told either way, and told what is missing if it is rejected.

Buy as normal
The discount appears at checkout automatically. There is no code to remember or lose.
If you are not a student
There are other routes to a lower price that do not depend on being enrolled anywhere: seasonal course discounts, referral credit for bringing a friend, and free courses that carry no cost at all.
