Free access for Ukrainian learners
Full course access at no cost for learners with a Ukrainian passport or residency document, including host-country language courses for people who have relocated.
Payouts that still reach tutors
Ukrainian tutors keep earning through routes that work under current banking conditions, and we cover the transfer fees rather than passing them on.
Host-country language priority
Polish, German and English courses for displaced learners are prioritised for scheduling, because employment and school placement usually depend on the language first.
Flexibility on attendance
Missed lessons are not penalised and credits do not expire. Air-raid alerts and power cuts are not a scheduling failure on the learner's part.

How to claim free access
Create an account as normal, then contact support with a Ukrainian passport, ID card or residency permit. Access is applied to your account directly — there is no separate application form, and no payment method is required at any point.
If you are a Ukrainian tutor wanting to teach on the platform, apply through the usual tutor route and say so in your application; verification and onboarding are handled the same way, with payout setup as the only difference.
Why we say this publicly
Stating a position invites the fair question of whether it is only a marketing line. The programme is described here in enough detail to be held to: who qualifies, what they get, and how to claim it. If any part of that is not working as written, tell support and we will fix it or change the page.
